What we collect

We do not run accounts, logins, comments or forms that store your personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that is cookieless and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It gives us aggregate counts (like page views and rough country/device) so we know which guides are useful. No consent banner is required for it.

Local storage

Some features save small preferences in your browser’s local storage — for example your light/dark theme choice and your Progress Tracker ticks. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time via your browser.

Advertising

Gakuran Wiki may display ads in the future to cover hosting costs. Advertising is currently off. If and when we enable a third-party ad network (such as Google AdSense), that provider may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted.

You can control personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), aboutads.info/choices, and youronlinechoices.eu. In regions that require it (such as the EU/UK), we will request consent before any non-essential advertising cookies are set.

Third-party services

This site is served as static pages via our hosting provider. Embedded third-party content (for example a Roblox link or, in future, an ad) is governed by that third party’s own privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

Gakuran is played by a broad Roblox audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through any feature, contact us and we will address it.
